RUC Mining – Appin Ventilation & Mine Access Project

NSW Regional Mine Site

As part of the Mining industry vision in NSW to expand and upgrade regional NSW mine sites, NEPEAN Engineering and Innovation were awarded the subcontract for the structural steel works in May 2020 for a Mining project in regional New South Wales.

Castle Residences Project

In the last quarter of 2019, NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation signed the contract for structural steelworks on the Castle residences project with Hutchinson Builders. The project is located on Castlereagh Street in Sydney’s CBD and the residence is a mix of private apartments and a boutique hotel.
